Terms & Acceptable Use (summary)

EmailWalrus provides email mailboxes for business-to-business outreach. By using the service you agree to:

• Comply with CAN-SPAM and every other law that applies to you and your recipients (including GDPR and CASL where relevant).
• Identify yourself truthfully, include a valid physical postal address, and include a working way to opt out, honoring opt-outs promptly.
• Contact business addresses relevant to your offer only. No purchased consumer lists, no scraped personal addresses, no phishing, malware, deceptive subject lines or impersonation.
• Stay within the platform's sending limits, which ramp up during warm-up.

We automatically pause accounts whose spam-complaint rate exceeds 0.3% or bounce rate exceeds 5% over 7 days, and may suspend any account immediately for abuse. Pricing is $2 per mailbox per month, prorated. Contact support@emailwalrus.com.
